How it works
We pick the acid and the strength from your skin type and what you’d like to work on, then apply it in thin layers while watching how your skin responds. Light peels can be repeated every 4 to 6 weeks. Results vary.
What the day looks like
About 30 minutes. It tingles and stings for a few minutes, then we neutralize and cool the skin. Your face looks normal or slightly pink when you leave; the flaking starts on day 2 or 3 and lasts a few days.
Aftercare
Let it flake on its own: no picking, no scrubs. Moisturizer and sunscreen every morning, and pause retinoids and acids for a week. Waxing and threading wait at least 7 days.
Who it’s not for
Not on sunburned or broken skin, within 6 months of isotretinoin, during pregnancy, or if you’ve had a strong reaction to a peel before. Stop retinoids 3 to 5 days before your visit.
