How it works
A neuromodulator blocks the signal from nerve to muscle for a few months. We map where your forehead muscle pulls hardest, mark 4 to 6 points in pencil and use the smallest amount that still lets you lift your brows. You’ll start to see a change after a few days; the full effect usually settles by day 14. Results vary from face to face.
What the day looks like
Fifteen minutes in the chair, most of it spent on the map. The injections take under a minute. You may leave with tiny bumps at each point that flatten within half an hour. Makeup can go back on the same evening.
Aftercare
Stay upright for 4 hours, skip the gym and hot yoga until tomorrow, and don’t press or massage the area. If one side feels different from the other at day 14, book your day 14 check: we look at it together under the same light.
Who it’s not for
We don’t treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active skin infection at the site, or with certain neuromuscular conditions. Your nurse reviews your medical history and current medications at the consult before anything is booked.
