How it goes

Results vary. Treatments are performed after an in-person consultation.

How it works

With time, the cheek pads lose volume and sit lower. A firmer hyaluronic acid filler placed close to the bone gives that support back. We map both sides in daylight, then split one syringe between them unless your consult shows a reason not to. Results vary.

What the day looks like

About 40 minutes, with numbing cream first. The cheek can feel tender when you chew for a day or two, and mild swelling is common. Most people go back to work the next morning.

Aftercare

Sleep on your back for two nights, avoid pressing on the cheeks, and wait two weeks before a facial massage or a dental appointment if you can. Your day 14 photo is taken in the same chair, under the same window.

Who it’s not for

Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection or cold sore, or within two weeks of dental work. Tell us about any autoimmune condition or previous filler, even from years ago.
