How it works
The jawline needs a firmer filler than the lips or cheeks. We mark the angle of the jaw, the line toward the chin and the chin itself, then place the filler with a mix of needle and cannula. Two syringes is a common first plan, sometimes split over two visits. Results vary.
What the day looks like
Around 45 minutes. The jaw can feel firm and sore when chewing for a couple of days, with some swelling under the skin. Soft food for dinner is a good idea.
Aftercare
No heavy workouts, saunas or alcohol for 24 hours, sleep on your back for two nights, and keep dental work at least two weeks away. Call us if pain grows instead of fading.
Who it’s not for
If the softness comes mostly from loose neck skin, filler won’t fix it and we’ll talk about other options. Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with an infection nearby.
